Madé Spencer-Castle is currently Gallery Curator at Bus Projects, and is an interdisciplinary artist, curator and occasional writer. Madé was a founding Director of DUDSPACE, and was a committee member of Kings Artist-Run from 2012–14. Recent curatorial projects include 'With Compliments', 'Transference' and 'Family Photos B' at Bus Projects, 'These Economies', Sydney Contemporary, 'Mnemonic Arrangements', The Emata Building, Medellín, 'dudproject #1' and 'dudproject #2' (co-curated with Lyndal May Stewart), Kings Artist-Run and DUMMY (co- curated with Alice Mathieu), Mailbox Art Space. Madé is currently working on a major curatorial project with the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery, which will be presented in 2018. Madé graduated with First Class Honours from the Victorian College of the Arts in 2012, and is currently a MFA by Research Candidate at Monash University Art, Design and Architecture.
