Max Plumley Duty Cycle
Opening: Tuesday 27 September, 6-8pm Dates: 27 September-15 October 2011In electronics, when considering an ideal pulse train, duty cycle refers to the pulse duration divided by the pulse period. In other words it denotes the percentage of time that the system is active. In biology ultradian rhythms are those of shorter period than circadian rhythms, such as hormone release and heart rate.
Max Plumley is undertaking a Bachelor of Fine Art (Painting) at the Victorian College of the Arts due for completion in 2011. Recent Solo Exhibitions include ‘Feathers Fur and Flesh’ at Allman Gallery 2009. Recent group exhibitions include ‘Triple Double’ at the Mill gallery 2011, and ‘Xamy’ at Unless Gallery 2010. He has work held in private collections within Australia and the United Kingdom.
