'Impartial' is a collection of photographs that reflects a period of time when one’s life lacks direction. Without goals, one’s efforts become seemingly pointless, but we continue regardless. This is the life we live when we’re not living each day as if it were our last. It's a world where you don’t know what you want to be when you grow up.
This is not necessarily a hopeless or sad situation. The subjects in these pictures endure their existence with patience and purposely ignore any possibilities of development.
These photographs are not addressing the cause or the solution to this situation, but contemplate different stages of such passive behaviour.
