Ability to manage records, schedules, and compliance requirements efficiently; ensuring meeting minutes, governance documents, and correspondence are accurate and well-maintained; clear and professional verbal and written communication with board members, stakeholders, and government bodies; understanding nonprofit regulations and best practices in board governance.
Both the Treasurer and Secretary will have the ability to think strategically and contribute to the organisation’s long-term vision, networks that they are willing to leverage to benefit the organisation, a commitment to the arts and supporting early-career practitioners, and a willingness to work closely with the board, staff, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making.
Why join the board of Bus Projects?
Join an artist-run-initiative dedicated to championing the creative agency of early-career practitioners. Make a tangible and impactful contribution to the arts community. Work alongside a diverse network of artists, creatives and industry professionals. Build valuable experience while informing the strategic direction of Bus Projects.
