Exhibition:

"Too Many Dinner Parties"
Matilda Davis


Opening: Wednesday 31 October, 6 - 8 pm
Dates: 31 October - 24 November

Through a partnership of oil painting and a love of craft, Matilda’s practice invites the viewer to observe spaces that are poised to be unpacked.

Often reminiscent of trading cards or postcards these spaces are a blend of reverie and the artist’s own personal experience with the intersections of religion, sexuality and the institution.

Matilda grew up in Sydney and graduated with a Bachelor in Fine Arts from the Victorian College of Art in 2017
