White plays with the horror of the feminine, mocking the irrational fears of a culture that maintains the ideal of a youthful and ‘civilised’ body. Disconnecting from an embodied reality, the adventuresome Trixie embarks on an online voyage in the hope that technology can reshape more than just our bodies, but our ideas of identity as well.
